Tremors cross the mind of a creature you can see within range. It must succeed on an Intelligence saving throw or become cursed for the duration. Until the cursed is removed, the target’s power and spell save DCs are reduced by 2. At the start of each of its turns while concentrating on a spell or power, a cursed target takes 2d6 damage from stress.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 7th level or higher, the cursed target’s save DCs are reduced by 1 for each slot level above 6th.
