You cause the psychic energy of a creature that you can see within range with the psionic focused condition to burst. The creature must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, it takes 4d8 + 12 psychic damage and has disadvantage on its Constitution saving throw to maintain concentration. On a successful save, the target only takes half of the damage.

At Higher Levels. If you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, you deal an additional 1d8 psychic damage for each slot level above 4th.
